We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private, and is used only for the purposes as set forth herein.

General Information Disclosure
We do not disclose information about your individual visits to Inclusive Jobs, or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe the law requires it.

CVs & Personal Details
As a career management tool Inclusive Jobs allows you to paste your CV into the database and store this on our database.

You may store your CV in our database, but not allow it to be searchable. Not allowing your CV to be searchable means that you can use it to apply for a job online, but employers and recruiters will not have access to search it through our CV database product.

You can also store it in our database and allow it to be searchable. If you allow your resume to be searchable, then all employers and recruiters who pay for access to our CV database product will have access to your CV. However, we are not responsible if some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned and paying for the service, evades security measures and gains access to the database, and, subsequently, your CV.
You may remove your CV from our searchable database at any time. However, recruiters who have paid for access to the database may have retained a copy of your CV in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your CV in these instances.

By registering, you are added to our Jobs by Email database and will receive details of vacancies added to the website based upon the criteria you enter into the registration form. You will receive one email per day, per week or per month depending on whether you turn the service on or off, if there are vacancies matching your job search criteria.
To stop receiving Jobs by Email, log on to the website and click on the green tick next to Jobs by Email under the section called My Options.

How we use cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.
